Dr Sinead Hanley graduated from University College, Galway, Ireland in 1986 with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of Obstetrics (MB, Bch, BAO) before relocating to Adelaide to undertake Radiology training.

Upon completion of radiology training, Dr Hanley was awarded Fellowship to the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR) in 1996, the same year she began working for Jones Radiology.

In 1997, Dr Hanley completed an MRI Fellowship at Flinders Medical Centre.

Dr Hanley has worked as a Consultant at St Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin, Ireland (1998 and 2006) and as a Consultant at Breastcheck in Dublin, Ireland in 2006. Currently, she is a Visiting Medical Officer at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and at BreastScreen SA.

Dr Hanley specialises in Breast Imaging, Musculoskeletal (MSK) Ultrasound and CT, and Body Imaging.

Dr Hanley keeps fit by cycling, yoga and competing in triathlons.
