Dr Evans completed his Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSci), with Honours in 1999 from the University of Tasmania and continued his studies to complete his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), graduating with Honours, in 2000.

Dr Evans commenced specialist radiology training at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR) in 2008. Also in 2008, he completed a Fellowship in Gastrointestinal Imaging and MRI at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

Dr Evans worked as a Staff Specialist at The Women’s and Children’s Hospital until 2011 in the field of paediatric interventional radiology. In 2009 he joined the team at Jones Radiology and regularly consults at our St Andrew’s Hospital clinic and the Kurralta Park clinic.

Areas of particular interest to Dr Evans include Abdominal and Pelvic MRI, Oncology Imaging and Spinal Interventional Radiology.
