Dr Dang graduated from dental and medical school from the University of Adelaide in 2007 and 2014 respectively.

He completed his radiology training through the South Australian Radiology Training network and holds several post-graduate qualifications including Membership of the Faculty of Dentistry, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (MFD RCSI), Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS) and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR).

Dr Dang has subspecialty interest in gynaecology-oncology, inflammatory bowel disease, MR imaging of endometriosis, MRI prostate as well as CT cardiac and dental imaging. He holds accreditation for reporting CT Coronary Angiography and CT Colonography.

Dr Dang is a staff specialist at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, where he is an active member of the gynaecology-oncology and inflammatory bowel disease multi-disciplinary meetings. He is also a Clinical Senior Lecturer with the University of Adelaide.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two boys and dog and is a passionate Liverpool FC supporter.
